Consider HSA if you elect any medical HSA medical plan. This allows for an Employer contribution that can roll over year after year. 
FSA - Did you sign up for a PPO medical plan? Then you will want to include a flexible spending account. FSA's can minimize your taxable wages, and help budget your annual healthcare expenses.
Limited purpose FSA allows you to have both an  HSA and FSA to cover anticipated dental and vision expenses. 
Dependent care is designed for children under the age of 13, in need of day care, or summer camp.
